We pride ourselves on quality service and quick turnaround times in the ever-growing financial industry that has a high demand for board support services. We offer a number of solutions depending on your needs.
We are a remote based company with the ability to service clients globally, offering remote and in-person meeting attendance. We provide services in multiple time zones to accommodate clients in all jurisdictions.

Michelle is originally from Alberta, Canada and moved to the Cayman Islands in 2018. She has 18 years of secretarial experience, including 7 years as a Board Support Coordinator in Cayman servicing 180+ clients with a vast range of fund structures. Her expertise includes excellent time management, communication skills and client relationship management. Michelle is highly organised, effective at planning and prioritizes work accordingly. She launched Sigma in late 2022 with the goal to provide quality service in an efficient manner to her clients. Michelle is in the process of completing the Foundation and Chartered Governance qualifying programme with the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (ICSA).
